Shipping Policy

MEJAdesign offers worldwide shipping where service is available through our distribution partners.

Baltic Orders

Deliveries with in Latvia will take an estimated 1-6 days to arrive. After your shipping confirmation email is received.
If you order with parcel terminal we will send to your nearest Omniva or DPD parcel terminal.

Europe Orders

Deliveries with in Europe will take an estimated 5-14 days to arrive, depending on the destination country. After your shipping confirmation email is received.

These times may be delayed for a number of reasons, including delays in customs processing within your destination country, or other factors beyond our control. Due to these factors, we cannot guarantee that international shipments will arrive within the above timeframe and ask that you please plan accordingly.

Worldwide Orders

Deliveries outside of the Latvia will take an estimated 14-28 days to arrive, depending on the destination country. After your shipping confirmation email is received.

These times may be delayed for a number of reasons, including delays in customs processing within your destination country, or other factors beyond our control. Due to these factors, we cannot guarantee that international shipments will arrive within the above timeframe and ask that you please plan accordingly.

Return Policy

MEJAdesign aims to provide a happy shopping experience for all of our customers, but we do understand that sometimes a product is just not right for you. We aim to make our returns and exchanges program as simple as possible for our valued customers.

Returns - We will issue a full refund, for any products returned within the requirements outlined below. Please note that any shipping fees you may have paid in connection with your purchase are non-refundable. Refunds for any import/customs/duty fees charged to you at the time of import or delivery should be sought through your local customs bureau. designmeja.com cannot provide any coverage for this.

All discounted products during sales event are considered final sale - we will not accept returns; no exceptions.

Requirements for returns & exchanges

Within 14 days - you must contact our support team about any issues with your order within 14 days of delivery

Includes original packaging & product in like-new condition - any returned product(s) must be returned with any original packaging, and in the condition which the product(s) arrived. If your return is accepted, we will issue a refund.

MEJAdesign may reject the returned product if there is damage to the product and/or product packaging. If a returned product is rejected, no refund will be issued to the customer, and the customer may choose to have the product shipped back to them at their own cost. If the customer chooses not to ship the product back to them, MEJAdesign will recycle or dispose of the product.
